Do wish your window xp cursor (mouse pointer) looks like below?





Here's some instruction you have to follow.

1st extract the zip file to Desktop or else you decide.



Right click the “Install.inf” file and click on “Install”

• Choose the scheme in the Control Panel > Mouse > Pointers. On the menu you'll be able to see "scheme" under it appears as "Aero Cursors (Alphablended)"
  
• Choose "Aero Cursors (Alphablended)" then Apply and press ok.
  
• Ta-da!Your Cursor Looks nicer now!
